While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final pricing may vary based on:

7.2 Cancellation Policy
By Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation fees.
By Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a workmanship warranty on our services, the duration and terms of which will be specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in application and workmanship under normal conditions.
8.2 Material Warranties
Paint and materials are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We will assist you with any manufacturer warranty claims as needed.
8.3 Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from external factors (water intrusion, structural issues, extreme weather)
- Color fading due to UV exposure
- Customer-supplied materials or customer-made modifications
- Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Painting LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of use, profit, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Damage to property not directly related to our work
- Pre-existing conditions or defects not disclosed by the customer
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Claims for property damage or personal injury should be reported immediately.
10. Insurance and Licensing
RS Painting LLC is fully licensed and insured to perform painting services in South Carolina. We carry:
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Appropriate state and local business licenses
Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
11. Safety and Compliance
We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all applicable safety regulations, including:

- Industry best practices for safety equipment and procedures
If hazardous materials (lead paint, asbestos) are discovered during the project, work may be suspended until proper remediation can be arranged.

15. Force Majeure

These Terms, together with your service agreement and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RS Painting LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
